What are the check-in and check-out times?
Also, is early check-in and late check-out possible?

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. Check-out is by 10am.
If you would like to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance (1,100 yen/hour).

How many cars can be parked?

Up to three cars are allowed.

Is there a shuttle from the station?

Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation, so please come by car or taxi.

What is included in the accommodation fee?
Is there anything I should bring with me?

This price includes the room rate, a full set of linens such as towels, parking, and the use of other equipment and supplies within the facility.
The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and cooking utensils, but no ingredients are provided.
Laundry detergent is provided.
Also, toothbrushes and pajamas are not provided, so please bring your own.

Is it possible to rent the entire facility?

Yes, it is. We may have to decline your request depending on the reservation status, so please contact us as soon as possible.
In addition, it is possible to rent the entire venue for groups of less than 10 people, but please note that the full rental fee will be charged.

Do you rent ski equipment, ski wear, or mountain bikes?

Unfortunately, we do not have rental items available, so please bring your own.

Is smoking allowed inside the building or in the rooms?

We apologize, but smoking is prohibited due to the risk of fire.
